If you are not acquainted with Cutting Edge Construction, please allow me to introduce us. My name is Levi Bush, and I started doing business as Cutting Edge in North Idaho in January of 2000.  Since that time we have established ourselves as a reputable construction company in this area and have been blessed with a steady business. We have built a solid personnel base as well as a solid subcontractor base. Our in house team of carpenters is known for its professionalism and integrity on the jobsite. We are a family oriented company and we provide benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation to the members of our team so as to encourage a positive work environment as well as a healthy home life.  

   We do General Contracting on the residential and commercial level. Our goal is to provide unsurpassed service to our customers that will leave them with a fondness for our company and a sense of pride in what they have purchased. We operate on a “Fixed Fee Construction Management” system as opposed to the standard “Percentage of dollars sent through the project” system used by most Builders. We have been doing this for the past several years. It is a relatively new approach that we have designed ourselves and has worked wonderfully for investors and homeowners. In the world of rapidly changing construction costs it is nice to be able to have some costs that you can control. It also enables us to be more flexible and competitive. We believe that you as our customer have every right to know where every penny that you spend is going.

   We are not exclusive of certain budget amounts. We believe that everyone who has worked hard enough to be able to build their own home deserves top notch service and our full attention, regardless of their budget. We are comfortable working, and have very happy customers all the way across the budget spectrum. We realize that the phrase, “Building your dream home” has different meaning to every different person. We realize that building your own home is a major step that may impact the rest of your life. This is not a responsibility that we take lightly. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship along with the home of your dreams.

   We, as do most Builders offer a full year of follow up service after you have occupied your home. We also offer what we call a “Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty”. This means that for as long as you own the home or building of any kind, any defect that is a result of faulty craftsmanship or installation of any of the products that go into the project, will be corrected free of charge. We take pride in our work and are happy to stand behind what we do.

We work on a consistent basis with local Architects, Realtors, Banks, and Mortgage Companies.
