Bush Home Built in 2006

This sweet Victorian family home has 3800 square feet of living space. Just enough for Levi’s family of seven. Levi wanted to special design and build this home for his wife. He received that opportunity last year. He had the privilege of help from his crew and family. Hardi-plank siding and hardi shingles with wrap around porches dress the exterior of this house. A 2 car garage with a stamped concrete floor and bonus room are attached at the back of the house.
Thick classical trim painted with a high lacquer, hand scraped dark oak floors, oil-rubbed bronzed fixtures, travertine tile, toile wall paper, a skip trowell hand texture on the walls as well as wainscot trim grace the interior of this unique Victorian house. The kitchen boasts of granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with an antiqued finish. Comfortable breakfast room with French doors lead out to a patio yard. A turret holds a library with floor to ceiling book cases that opens into a spacious living and dining room. A massive wood burning fireplace, with a beautifully custom built mantle to match the Victorian trim, resides in the center of this lovely home.
