The Trosin Home

Built in 2006

 This 3000 + square foot  meandering rancher sits nestled in the hills of Hope Idaho overlooking beautiful Lake Pend Oreille  and the Green Monarch Mountains.  A group effort of the designer, the builder and the owners made this a one of a kind home.  Only the finest quality finishing touches were applied to this gorgeous house.  Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a wolf range cook top , a wrap around bar, another separate bar with it’s own sink and beautiful knotty alder custom cabinets were placed into this fabulous efficient kitchen.  A country kitchen fireplace sits between the kitchen and dining.  A beautiful gas fireplace with ledge stone enhances the spacious living room.  Almost all the rooms open up to a large covered beamed deck that faces the beautiful view.
